Tasting notes
Nose / Like we took bright flavours of red berries and orchard fruit and coated them in soft oak spice.
Palate / Imagine a rich red berry pudding covered in vanilla, caramel and spice.
Finish / Balanced and long. The sweetness fades and the delicious flavour goes on.

Only afforded to a select few, the Starward Single Barrel Program is the truest expression of our Starward style. Highlighting our premium Australian red wine barrels and the maturation that is unique to Melbourne, these barrels are a special, one-off display of these characteristics and all that makes Starward.
This program gives selectively chosen retailers and customers the opportunity to personally claim their own barrel. Typically bottled at cask strength, these bespoke and personalized bottlings showcase Starward in its truest form.
